Heath Duxbury has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Heath started their career at Echo Bridge Home Entertainment in 1999 as an Equipment Technician and eventually worked their way up to Director of Operations. During their time at Echo Bridge, they also held positions as Facilities Manager, Production Manager, and Warehouse Manager. In 2015, they joined VPP Group, LLC as a Plant Manager before moving on to Echo Bridge Acquisition Corp. as Director of Operations. In 2018, they joined Ashley Furniture Industries as a DC Operations Manager before finally taking on the role of Director of Operations at La Crosse Seed in 2020.
Heath Duxbury attended Onalaska High School from 1994 to 1998 and obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on General studies.
