Antonella Carella

Antonella Carella has been working at La Fabbrica since August 2000 as the HR Manager and Responsabile Amministrativo e Controllo. In this role, Antonella is responsible for financial planning and budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, administrative tasks, reporting, and budget management. Antonella also oversees HR functions including recruiting and contract drafting. Prior to this, Antonella worked at Egg Eventi e Sponsorizzazioni srl from November 1993 to July 2000 in the role of Responsabile Amministrativo e Controllo.
