Tina McClain, BASW, CADC-I, is currently an Assessment Specialist at Center Point, Inc., where responsibilities include assessing individuals for Substance Use Disorder level of care using the ASAM criteria and facilitating referrals to appropriate treatment programs through the Alameda County Substance Use Helpline. Additionally, Tina serves as the Chairwoman of the Board for the East Bay Recovery Community Organization, focusing on transitional housing support and fostering a recovery community. Tina's previous experience includes a role as a Substance Abuse Counselor at La Familia. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Associate of Arts in Community Social Services and Substance Abuse Counseling from Merritt College.
