Dr. Charmion Patton, Ed.D., is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as Chief Human Resource Officer for Hillsborough County Public Schools since September 2023. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources consultant at La Familia and Senior Director of Human Resources at the San Francisco Symphony, where notable contributions included the development of HR strategies to align with organizational growth and pandemic recovery. Dr. Patton has also held leadership positions at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute and Seton Medical Center, focusing on culture transformation and HR systems infrastructure. With a strong educational foundation, including a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, Dr. Patton is recognized for expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and diversity initiatives.
