Jennifer Ellis

Jennifer Ellis has a diverse work experience starting in 2007. Jennifer worked at Folsom Cordova Community Partnership as an Administrative Services Manager from December 2007 to June 2009, and later as a Youth Development Manager from July 2009 to November 2012. Jennifer then joined Capitol Health Network as a Program Manager from December 2012 to July 2014. Jennifer currently works at La Familia Counseling Service, where they have held multiple roles including Youth Services Director from July 2014 to July 2016, Director of Systems and Contracts from August 2016 to January 2020, Director of Development and Strategic Partnerships from August 2018 to October 2020, and is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer since October 2020.

Jennifer Ellis earned their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in English and History from the University of California, Davis between the years 2002 and 2006.
