Robert Tirloni

Robert Tirloni serves as the Director of Operations at La Fleur's Magazine & TLF Publications, Inc. since June 2025. Previously, Robert held various leadership roles at the Texas Lottery Commission from June 2000 to June 2025, including Director of Lottery Operations, Products Manager, and Draw Game Manager. In these positions, Robert directed operations for agency programs that generated over $8 billion in annual product sales and implemented strategies in marketing, branding, advertising, and public relations. Robert's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from Baruch College, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
