Eric Fraillon

Eric Fraillon possesses extensive experience in project management and human resources. Currently serving as Chef de projet MOA at La France Mutualiste since September 2019 and at IRSN since June 2007, Eric has successfully led the implementation of a Computer-Aided Maintenance Management tool, overseeing the project from initial planning to production. Prior roles include Gestionnaire Ressources Humaines at IRSN, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, relationships with educational institutions, and developing policies for interns and senior employment. Earlier in Eric's career, a tenure as Chargé d’affaires at Crit Intérim involved client management, personnel recruitment, and administrative duties for up to 400 employees. Eric holds a DESS in Human Resources from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
