Kieran Toland

Kieran Toland is an accomplished soccer coach and entrepreneur with extensive experience in youth development and athlete recruitment. Currently serving as a Youth Program Coach at LA Galaxy since May 2023, Kieran also owns T3 Training, providing individualized football coaching since January 2021. Previous roles include Athlete Recruiter at ASM Sports and Graduate Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at Lake Erie College, alongside positions as Assistant Coach at Truro Penwith College and Youth Academy Coach at Mousehole AFC. Kieran's coaching journey began while playing soccer at FC Buffalo, contributing as a camp coach, and later as a Youth Soccer Coach during studies at St. Bonaventure University, where Kieran earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Studies. Kieran holds a Master of Business Administration from Lake Erie College, complementing coaching expertise with business acumen.
