Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at the NATO Communications and Information Agency since March 2023, Mark has a strong track record in directing cross-functional teams and optimizing SharePoint services for NATO's information management needs. Prior roles include Project Manager at LA International and various engineering positions at Airbus Group, where expertise in network communications and ITSM management was leveraged. Mark's earlier career includes significant contributions to NATO via the Communications and Information Agency, focusing on bandwidth management and operational support for communication systems, as well as a long tenure with the Royal Air Force in service desk leadership.
