Carl Bradford has over 18 years of work experience in the field of cybersecurity and technical support. Carl started their career in 2003 as a Desktop Support specialist at EDS Group, where they provided technical assistance to end users. In 2008, they joined Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services as a Remote Desktop Specialist, where they provided technical guidance to Tier 1 and Tier 2 agents and performed network account setups and password resets. Carl worked directly with AT&T Network technicians at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services (DXC Technology) from 2011 to 2017, ensuring minimal connectivity downtime for the Navy and Marine Corps Intranet. At SAIC, they served as an Engineering Technician from 2017 to 2018, providing network support and troubleshooting. Since 2018, they have been working at La Jolla Logic, initially as a System Analyst and currently as a Cybersecurity Engineer. In their current role, they provide ISSE and Subject Matter Expert support, develops RMF packages, and offers guidance on information system security engineering.

Carl Bradford earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Chaminade University of Honolulu, HI, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. Carl later obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Humanities from Saint Leo College in Florida, where they studied from 1986 to 1988. In 2015 and 2016, Carl attended the Cisco Networking Academy to study Computers and Information Technology with a focus on becoming a Cisco Field Engineer. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including CompTIA A (IT Technician) in December 2008, CCNA Cyber Ops in March 2018, CCNA Routing & Switching v2.0 in September 2016, CCENT in August 2016, CompTIA Network+ in June 2011, and CompTIA Security+ in July 2013.
