Nathan McNutt

Nathan McNutt has a diverse work experience in software engineering and manufacturing engineering. Nathan currently works as a Software Engineer at La Jolla Logic, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Software Engineering Consultant at Verizon from April 2021 to August 2022. Nathan also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer II at BAE Systems from June 2019 to August 2020. Nathan gained experience in manufacturing engineering at Applied Materials, where they held the positions of Manufacturing Engineer I - Senior from October 2018 to May 2019 and Manufacturing Engineer I from November 2016 to October 2018. Before transitioning to software engineering, Nathan was a Software Engineer at monoDrive, LLC in March 2016. Nathan started their professional career as an Engineering Intern at Dril-Quip in June 2015. Prior to that, they interned at the Allen Economic Development Corporation in July 2014. Nathan also gained research and development experience as an intern at Dril-Quip from May 2013 to August 2013.

Nathan McNutt completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin from 2012 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Nathan obtained the certification of Engineer in Training from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in October 2018.
