Laura Lewallen

Laura Lewallen is a seasoned professional in the restaurant and retail sectors, currently serving as the New Store Opening Director at La La Land since September 2025. Previously, Laura held several significant roles at The Salty Donut from January 2020 to September 2025, including Director of New Store Openings and Director of Retail Operations. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager for Fox Restaurant Concepts - Flower Child, and Mirador at The Joule Hotel, alongside various managerial positions at Doc B's Restaurant + Bar and Hillstone Restaurant Group. Laura began the career as Assistant Manager/Private Dining Manager at Clio Restaurant/Eliot Hotel. Laura earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Boston University between 2006 and 2009.
