Camille Navarre is an experienced yoga and mindfulness practitioner, currently serving as a Yin Yoga instructor and certified mindfulness self-compassion practitioner at Yoga Bulle since March 2015. With a personal practice in yoga and meditation spanning 14 years, Camille has participated in a variety of mindfulness workshops, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and has expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Camille offers programs focused on internal emotional awareness and mindful practices for adolescents, as well as mindful eating techniques. Additional roles include teaching yoga for children and adults at various organizations, providing support to cancer patients through self-compassion meditation and yoga, and instructing mindfulness and self-compassion for adolescents at the Ministry of National Education. Camille has obtained several certifications in mindfulness and yoga education from respected institutions between 2009 and 2021.
