Marty Stroud

Marty Stroud, has an extensive history of service in the Navy, serving over 21 years. Notably, over the last few years of his Naval service, Marty was in charge of overseeing dental treatment for ten clinic sites in Yokosuka, Japan. Prior to his promotion to Vice President, Marty was the Director of Dental Operations at La Maestra. As the Director of Dental Operations, Marty was responsible for the coordination of services at all ten of La Maestra’s dental clinics including quality, operational consistency, programmatic productivity and effectiveness, and for designing, implementing, and enforcing all Dental Department policies, procedures, and protocols. Now, as the Vice President, in addition to overseeing the Dental Department, Marty is responsible for clinic site logistics and oversees expansions.
