Laurence Demay

Laurence Demay has extensive experience in the insurance sector, primarily at La Médicale, where since August 2007, responsibilities have included continuous improvement and management of the IARD expert network. Key duties involve portfolio monitoring, auditing insurance experts, contract oversight, and reporting analysis. Prior to this, from 1988 to 2007 at La Médicale de France, Laurence held various roles, including team leader for complex claims and technical support, focusing on the management and training of claims personnel in personal insurance. Earlier experience includes working as a health expense data entry operator at CIAM Generali from 1982 to 1988.
