John Ojeisekhoba Sr.

John Ojeisekhoba Sr. serves as the Commissioner for the Public Safety Commission in La Mirada since June 2020 and as an Advisory Council Member for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Academic Partnership Council since June 2023. With extensive experience at Biola University since 1999, John holds the position of Associate Vice President and Chief of Campus Safety, focusing on risk mitigation for university-related travel. Previously, John was the Chief of Public Safety and had significant roles in law enforcement and emergency preparedness. Additionally, John is the founder and CEO of J&O Emergency Management & Security Consultants, and has held leadership positions in the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators, including Past President. John's academic credentials include two Master's degrees from Biola University, one in Organizational Leadership and the other in International Business/International Studies.
