Previously, Tatiana spent 15 years at Loteria Grill Restaurant Group, where leadership roles included Director of Business Development and Operations, and Director of Marketing and Business Development, driving restaurant revitalization, rebranding, and significant market expansion. Tatiana holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fine and Studio Arts from Universidad de Los Andes, completed between 1996 and 2002.
