Adelina Grava

Adelina Grava is currently serving as a Gestora in the Gabinete Presidencia del Gobierno at La Moncloa since June 2025 and as a Professora Bienestar Laboral at EAE Business School, where responsibilities include teaching and mentoring in the Máster Oficial de Dirección de Recursos Humanos y Desarrollo del Talento. Additionally, Adelina holds multiple leadership positions with NASA Space Apps Spain as Local Lead for Málaga and Sevilla. Previous roles include significant contributions to the Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d in university accreditation and quality auditing, as well as various positions in talent acquisition and human resources across several organizations. Adelina's educational background includes an Executive Master's in Human Resources from EAE Business School, along with other advanced studies in business administration, psychology, and coaching.
