Dalon Bynum

Dalon Bynum, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at La Montañita Co-op Food Market since February 2020. With extensive experience in human resources, Dalon previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager at Kingston Healthcare and Human Resources Director at New Mexico Cancer Center. In addition to human resources expertise, Dalon has contributed to sports as the Boys Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach at Rio Rancho High School, after several years coaching junior varsity and middle school basketball teams. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Salt Lake Community College. Career beginnings also include a professional basketball playing career in several countries from 1995 to 1998.
