LA PALESTRA
Lawrence Harper is an experienced professional in the health and sports industries, currently serving as an Exercise Specialist at LA PALESTRA since June 2017. Prior to this role, Lawrence held the position of Director of Basketball Operations at Simply Sports from January 2011 to April 2017. Earlier career experiences include working as a Mail Clerk/Print Room Operator at Oce Business Services from September 2005 to October 2006 and as a Production Assistant at The Young People's Chorus of NYC from October 2004 to December 2005. Lawrence obtained a degree in Technology Management from the Polytechnic Institute of NYU between 2006 and 2010.

LA PALESTRA Center for Preventative Medicine combines both standard and alternative medical practices with state-of-the art and time tested fitness modalities and programs. LA PALESTRA provides programs that integrate comprehensive medical analysis and treatments with individually tailored exercise programs. We also design and personally oversee programs for acute rehabilitation, general health improvement, and athletic performance. Our staff is comprised of physicians and professionals in the fields of internal medicine, orthopedics, nutrition, psychology, clinical social work, physical therapy, chiropractic care, cardiology, acupuncture, massage therapy, general fitness, and athletic performance.
