Patrick Sheehan is a culinary professional with extensive experience in pizza and pasta production, currently serving as a Sous Chef at La Pecora Bianca since 2024. Previously, Patrick held various roles, including Chef de Cuisine and Executive Pizzaiolo at Follia Restaurant and Wine Bar, and gained expertise as a Pizza Chef at Porter Port Imperial from 2020 to 2022. Patrick has a background in culinary education with an Associate's degree in Culinary Sciences from Newbury College (2004-2006) and is currently pursuing a Foodhandlers Card from the NYC Department of Health. Passionate about Neapolitan pizza and boutique pasta, Patrick is open to relocation for the right opportunity.
