Michael Hernandez has a diverse professional background with experience in guest services and technology leadership. Currently serving as a Guest Service Representative at Advocate Aurora Health since April 2020, Michael directs patients, visitors, and vendors to various locations on campus. Concurrently, Michael has been employed at La Petite Academy since February 2019. Previously, Michael held multiple roles at CNA Insurance from 2000 to 2017, culminating as Application Maintenance Lead - Application Engineer Senior Specialist, where responsibilities included leading application support teams and establishing positive business relationships. Michael began a career in application development as an Application Development Specialist, focusing on support, testing, and collaboration with developers. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and an MCSA Candidate certification from Microtrain.
