Beth E.

Beth E. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Beth began their career at Splendido at Rancho Vistoso, where they worked as a Life Enrichment Manager from December 2009 to February 2015. Beth then transitioned to the role of Skilled Nursing Administrator at the same company from February 2015 to May 2019.

Afterwards, Beth joined Frontier Management, LLC in May 2019 as a Vice President of Operations, where they served until August 2021.

Following their tenure at Frontier Management, they became a Vice President of Operations at TeamHealth in September 2021 and held this position until March 2023.

Beth's most recent work experience is as the Chief Operating Officer at La Posada Green Valley, AZ, starting in April 2023, where they are currently employed.

Beth E. holds a Master of Administration degree in Health Science from Northern Arizona University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1999 to 2002. Beth also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, which they completed from 1994 to 1997.

In addition to their educational background, Beth E. has obtained several certifications. Beth is a Certified Assisted Living Manager, certified by the Arizona NCIA Board in December 2015. Beth also holds a certification as a Certified Professional Aging Services Risk Manager from the ECRI Institute, obtained in July 2015. Furthermore, they are a Licensed Nursing Care Institution Administrator, certified by the AZ NCIA Board in December 2014.
