Isabelle Tourlonias

Isabelle Tourlonias is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and human resources within the La Poste Groupe. Since June 2022, Isabelle has served as the Responsable accompagnement Espace Mobilité Recrutement Groupe Occitanie DOM, leading a team of 15 in supporting the Groupe's entities in identifying future job profiles. Prior to this, from August 2016 to August 2022, Isabelle worked as a Conseillère Évolution et Développement Professionnel, assisting individuals with internal and external mobility projects. Earlier roles include Consultante en management and Conducte du changement at La Poste's Direction Qualité et Innovation, as well as various directorial positions focusing on commercial management and strategic project oversight over a career spanning from 1993 to 2016. Isabelle holds a DESS in Commerce international from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
