Koroleff Sophie

Koroleff Sophie has extensive experience in the field of digital and responsible project management, currently serving as Responsable RSE DGA Clients et Omnicanalité at La Poste Groupe since October 2008. Throughout her career, Sophie has held various leadership roles, including Directrice plateforme Pros, where Koroleff managed the implementation of an e-commerce platform for French professionals, and Directrice des nouveaux services, focusing on the digital development of strategic offerings. Additionally, Koroleff has worked on projects aimed at improving customer experience and optimizing the omnichannel approach. Prior to La Poste, Sophie gained valuable expertise at ViaMichelin, where Koroleff contributed to product strategy and quality content management.
