Laurence Hulin is an engineer in agro-food with over 30 years of experience in social, environmental, and quality policies. They have worked with companies committed to sustainable development, including E.LECLERC, MEDIAPOST, and the Groupe La Poste, where they served as Director of Responsible Development and Ethics in the Digital branch before becoming the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Opportunities. Since June 2017, Laurence has developed and implemented policies to promote diversity and inclusion within the Groupe La Poste, ensuring a respectful and positive work environment. They are also the Treasurer of the French Association of Diversity Managers (AFMD).
