Sandrine Humphrey

Sandrine Humphrey has extensive work experience in various roles related to talent development and human resources. Sandrine currently works as the Group Talent Manager - Vice President at Le Groupe La Poste, where they are responsible for talent management and development strategies. Prior to this, they worked at Capgemini in different positions, including Vice President - Group Talent Development and Talent Development and Transformation Director. Throughout their career, Sandrine has also held managerial positions at Expiris Agora HR, Norman Broadbent, Euriware, and Occasions de mieux voir (OMV), where they gained experience in HR management.

Sandrine Humphrey has a Certification in Careers and Competencies Management from ESSEC Business School in 1995. Sandrine also obtained a DEA degree in Political and Industrial Strategies from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne between 1983 and 1989. In 2019, they completed the Gender Diversity Programme at INSEAD. Additionally, Sandrine Humphrey holds a certification in the INSEAD Gender Diversity Programme and is SHL assessment certified.
