Laure Hernandez

Laure Hernandez is an experienced executive in the beauty and personal care industry, currently serving as Vice President EMEA for La Prairie and Chantecaille since January 2024. Prior experience includes holding the position of General Manager for Estée Lauder in France from October 2016 to January 2024, overseeing a luxury brand team of 120. Laure has also worked at L'Oréal in various managerial roles from 2000 to 2018, leading brands such as Kérastase and Shu Uemura in France, managing the professional division in Austria, and directing the integration of Carita and Décleor. Early career highlights include working at Henkel as Group Product Manager for the fabric softener category. Laure holds a degree in Marketing from HEC Paris, obtained in 1995.
