Mari Kusatake

Mari KUSATAKE has extensive experience in Human Resources, having worked in various roles at different companies. Mari started as an Executive Assistant and HR Administrator at Discovery Inc in 2009 and progressed to roles such as Manager, Supervisor, and HR Business Partner. Mari then moved to CHANEL in 2017, where they served as an HR Manager for Fragrance & Beauty and Research & Tech, overseeing more than 700 employees in Japan. After that, they advanced to roles at Novartis, LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, and currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at La Prairie Switzerland. Throughout their career, Mari has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, reorganization, performance evaluation, and various HR projects.

Mari KUSATAKE completed their high school education at Tokyo Metropolitan Nishi High School in 1999. Mari then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree from Waseda University in 2003.
