Marylise CAYLA is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across renowned companies. Currently serving as the DRH France at La Prairie Switzerland since September 2022, CAYLA previously held the position of Directeur des ressources humaines at Rituals Cosmetics France from January 2019 to August 2022.
