Matthew K.

Matthew K. started their career at Accenture in 1997 as an Analyst and worked their way up to Senior Manager until 2010. From 2010 to 2019, they held various roles at Adecco Group, including Global VP positions related to IT and HR functions. In 2020, they became the Director on the Board of The Motor Chain. Currently, they are the Co-Founder of MakeOurFuture, a global consulting cooperative, and holds the position of IT Director Employee Experience and Business Administration at La Prairie Switzerland.

Matthew K. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Management Information System & Finance from the University at Albany, SUNY. Matthew also completed an Executive Education program in Accelerated Business Engineering from the University of St.Gallen and an MBA Highlights program from INSEAD. Furthermore, they obtained a SPHR Certification in Human Resources Management and Services from New York Institute of Technology. Matthew also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
