Stephanie RICHEZ is a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in controlling and administration. Currently serving as Directrice Administrative et Financière at La Prairie Group France since November 2019, RICHEZ previously held the position of Controlling Manager at Guerlain from October 2016 to November 2019, focusing on the French market in selective distribution, retail, and e-commerce. RICHEZ’s extensive experience with LVMH Fragrance Brands spanned from March 2002 to October 2016, where roles included Export-Travel Retail Controlling Manager and Controlling Manager for France, contributing to strategic financial operations across various luxury fragrance brands. Prior experience includes industrial controlling at Moët & Chandon and an internship as an International Controlling Assistant. RICHEZ is an alumnus of NEOMA Business School, graduating in 2002.
