Laila Maalouf

Laila Maalouf is an experienced journalist and web editor with a career spanning over a decade in various media roles. Currently serving as a journalist and web editor at La Presse since February 2013, Laila has previously held positions at Radio-Canada, where responsibilities included daily news reporting and web dossiers, as well as acting as a web reporter in Toronto. Additional freelance work includes contributions to Journal Métro, Magazine VIA Destinations, and L'actualité. Earlier career highlights encompass roles such as an edimestre at Radio-Canada, responsible for online content management, and assistant editor and web editor at Éditions Gesca, focusing on lifestyle and sports magazines. Laila Maalouf earned a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from UQAM and pursued further education at Université Laval.
