Maxime Bergeron

Maxime Bergeron has extensive experience in journalism, primarily with La Presse since 2003, where roles have included Chroniqueur, Chef of economic investigations, and Director of news and general information, overseeing a large team of journalists. Bergeron's interests encompass municipal politics, infrastructure projects, governance, and public fund management, reflected in various reportages and exclusive articles. Previous experience includes a correspondent role in Ottawa covering political and economic issues and launching a bureau in Paris. Collaborations with various media outlets such as Radio-Canada have involved contributions on economic and political topics. Bergeron also holds a degree in Journalism and Communications from UQAM, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
