Jorge Flores is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Professional Fellow at California Community Foundation and as an Advisor at OC Hispanic Youth Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Jorge holds the position of Career Pathways Manager at LA Promise Fund. With a longstanding commitment to public speaking, Jorge has reached over 80,000 individuals through conferences focused on various topics, including motivation, personal branding, and diversity. Previous experience includes serving as a columnist for PRO Magazine, facilitating workshops at CoolSpeak, and creating content for UnidosUS, among other roles. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate Program in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Leadership from Harvard University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton.
