Kristen Balagtas

Kristen Lee Balagtas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support, education, and community service. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant and Senior Office Manager at LA Promise Fund since November 2018, Kristen has previously worked as an Optometric Assistant at blackstone optometry and a Student Zone Helper at PowerMyLearning. Other roles include volunteering for case management at Planned Parenthood Los Angeles and serving as a Hotline Counselor for the Center for the Pacific Asian Family. Kristen has a solid foundation in operations management from a long tenure at Rosa Mexicano Restaurants, where responsibilities included staff oversight and financial management.
