Alex Bauman

Alex Bauman has extensive experience in community services and recreation coordination. They started their career in 2007 as a Recreation Coordinator for the City of Cypress, CA. After a year, they moved to the City of Lakewood, CA, where they held various roles including Community Services Supervisor and later Community Services Manager. In April 2022, Alex Bauman joined the City of La Puente as the Director of Community Services.

Alex Bauman completed an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at Long Beach City College from 2001 to 2004. Subsequently, from 2004 to 2006, Alex earned a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
