Matthew Diefenbach

Matthew Diefenbach has a strong background in sales and event management. Matthew worked as the Director of Sales, Catering and Events at La Quinta Resort & Club from January 2019 to the present. Before that, they held the role of Director of Sales at La Quinta Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort from September 2017 to January 2019. Prior to their time at La Quinta, they co-founded Sync Meeting Management in October 2015, where they served as the VP of Sales until September 2017. From April 2010 to October 2015, they worked as the Director of Sales at JW Marriott. Matthew also gained experience as a Senior Account Executive at JW Marriott from 2007 to 2010 and as a Senior Sales Executive at Renaissance Indian Wells from 2003 to 2006.
