Amy Lulich, MHA has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Amy started their career as the Director of Constituent Services in the Office of Lt. Governor in 2005, where they served until 2009. Amy then became an Executive Aide to the Chief of Staff in the State of Illinois, Office of the Governor from 2009 to 2010. Following that, they worked as a Health Policy Analyst in the same office from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, Amy joined UI Health — University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System as a Health Policy Analyst. Amy quickly moved up the ranks, serving as the Assistant Director of Health Policy and Strategy from 2014 to 2017, and subsequently as the Director of Health Policy and Strategy from 2017 to 2018. During their time at UI Health, Amy focused on monitoring changes in healthcare policies and providing strategic guidance to the organization's leadership.

After leaving UI Health, Amy worked at Advocate Health Care as the Manager of Government Programs from 2018 to 2020. Following that, they became a Senior Policy Advisor in the State of Illinois from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Amy holds the position of Director of Outreach and Business Development at La Rabida Children's Hospital, starting in 2023.
