Rachel McGinnis

Rachel McGinnis, LCSW, serves as the Director of the Children's Advocacy Center at La Rabida Children's Hospital since January 2013, where responsibilities also include roles such as Integrated Assessment Director of Program Development and Integrated Assessment Clinical Professional Development Supervisor. Prior experience includes positions as Residential Administrator at Aunt Martha's Youth Service Center and Clinical Supervisor at Lawrence Hall Youth Services. Rachel began professional involvement in the field as a SOC Therapist at JCFS Chicago and as Staff Development Coordinator at Alternative Behavior Treatment Centers. Rachel earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Child and Family from Boston College School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
