Currently serving as Human Resources and Administration Manager at Troycor Lighting Corporation since January 2019, Jefferson also holds the position of Human Resources Manager at La Rose Noire and ASA Color and Chemical Industries, Inc. Since January 2013, Jefferson has contributed to ASA Color and Chemical Industries, a leading ink manufacturer in the Philippines.
