Neus Bonilla Benages

Neus Bonilla Benages is a seasoned literary translator and proofreader with extensive experience in translating novels, plays, and academic texts from multiple languages into Catalan and Spanish. Since 2012, Neus has worked as a freelance translator, collaborating with various Catalan publishing houses, including Columna and Editorial Quaderns Crema, and translating works such as Anxo Lugilde's "La Vieja Compañera" and Imbolo Mbue's "How Beautiful We Were." Additionally, Neus has been involved in the Rereescenes project, partnering with Carme Camacho to translate significant plays. Proficient in English, French, and Spanish, Neus has also held proofreading roles for major publishing entities like Grup 62 and Teide, as well as providing cross-cultural adaptation for La Ruche qui dit Oui!. Neus holds a first-class degree in Translation and Interpreting and various qualifications in language teaching and proofreading.
