Andy Joslin

Andy Joslin joined LaSalle’s staff in 2017. He is currently LaSalle’s associate executive director for Finance. Andy is responsible for providing oversight and leadership of all financial, human resources, facility and other business affairs of the organization.

Before joining the staff at LaSalle, Andy worked as the chief financial officer of Equinox, Inc.; assistant director of finance for Vanderheyden Hall, and finance manager at the Commission on Economic Opportunity for the Greater Capital Region, Inc. Along with sitting on the board of directors for Vanderheyden, Andy provides consulting services for a number of local non-profits and was treasurer for the Town of Westerlo Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. where he currently serves as deputy chief. He has been dedicated to utilizing his education and experience to continually improve the financial strength of these agencies and thereby ensuring the continuation of the services that they provide to adults, children and families in the community. Andy’s efforts were recognized by his peers and the Albany Business Review in 2013 with the CFO of the Year award.

Andy earned a master’s degree (MBA) from the Sage Graduate School, a bachelor’s degree in accounting (BS) from the Sage Colleges and an associate’s degree in accounting (AAS) from Hudson Valley Community College. He also holds the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation and is a member of the Healthcare Finance Management Association.
