Jessica Repko

Director of Admissions at LaSalle School

Jessica Repko joined LaSalle’s staff in 2006 and is licensed by the State of New York as a clinical social worker with psychotherapy privileges. She is currently LaSalle’s Director of Admissions. In that position, Jessica is responsible for making clinical assessments and placement determinations for all Specialized Residential, and Therapeutic Day Education admissions, and is the gateway for outpatient & community-based clinical treatment referrals. As part of the Senior Leadership team, she supports partnership & inter-departmental collaboration, managing the residential and day education census, and is a member of our Clinic Supervisory Team.

Before her current position, Jessica started as one of our Community based social workers prior which supports youth and families transitioning home from either residential and day education programming. Her knowledge and experience has grown to include outpatient and inpatient substance abuse counseling as well as her decade of work as a private mental health practitioner. Jessica has presented on creating a trauma-informed continuum of care at the National AACRC and at the New York State Association for the Treatment of Sex Offenders.

Jessica earned a master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from the State University of New York at Albany, and her bachelor’s degree (BS) from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
