Liliana Smith

Liliana Smith is an experienced educator with a specialization in Spanish education and immersion programs. Currently serving as the Spanish Immersion Coordinator at Wayland Public Schools since March 2018, Liliana also contributes as an AP Spanish Language and Culture Consultant for The College Board since September 2003. Additional roles include serving as an Advanced Placement Spanish Language Presenter at La Salle University and Wake Forest University, as well as a presenter for the Advanced Placement Summer Institute at The Taft School until July 2022. With a teaching career that spans over two decades, Liliana has held positions as a Spanish Teacher at Weston High School and Colegio Bennett. Educational qualifications include degrees in Spanish and Literature from Universidad del Valle, a Master of Education in Spanish from Framingham State University, and certifications in School Management, Leadership, and Dual Language Programs from Harvard Graduate School of Education and the University of San Diego, respectively.
