Ramon Laboy

Ramon Laboy, MSW, currently serves as the Director of Field Education at La Salle University, overseeing the field education programs for social work students. Previously, Ramon held the position of National Program Manager at OIC of America Inc., where responsibilities included leading national workforce development programs. As Program Director at Back on My Feet, Ramon designed and implemented programs to support individuals experiencing homelessness, while earlier roles included Member Services Manager and Therapist at Valley Youth House, providing therapeutic services and support to clients. Ramon began professional training as a Social Work intern at Four Winds Hospital and West Haven Public Schools. Ramon earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Iona University.
