Mariana Aguirre is a professional with a diverse background and extensive experience in various roles. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been serving as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and work as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana has also contributed as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
