Alberto Simoni

Alberto Simoni is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in foreign reporting. Since August 2010, Alberto has served as the US Correspondent and Foreign Chief Editor for La Stampa, overseeing a team on the foreign desk and contributing op-eds, interviews, and news analyses with a focus on European issues. Prior to this role, Alberto worked as a staff writer for Avvenire from June 2000 to July 2010, covering significant events such as US, UK, and German elections. Alberto holds a degree in Philosophy from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, completed in 1997.
