Kamlesh Anand is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in product development and innovation in the food industry. Currently serving as Principal Scientist at La Terra Fina since October 2021, Kamlesh previously held roles such as Technical Expert at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, where responsibilities included the innovation and renovation of frozen desserts. Notably, Kamlesh worked at Nestle as Senior Product Development Manager and held the position of R&D Manager at Land O'Lakes from September 1995 to October 2004, overseeing teams focused on natural and processed cheese development and cost-saving initiatives. Kamlesh's early career involved developing whey protein ingredients from cheese whey using advanced filtration and enzymatic techniques at Land O'Lakes, Inc. Kamlesh holds an M.Phil in Chemistry from Delhi University and an MSC in Chemistry from Maharshi Dayanand University.
