Nalini Sudana

Nalini Sudana has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Nalini started their career in 1995 as a Personnel Executive at Silicon Systems, where they worked for a year. In 2001, they joined Menlo Logistics and held various positions, including Transportation Administrator, Logistics Analyst, Trans Analyst, Sr. Business Analyst, Sr. Solutions Engineer, and Principal Solutions Engineer. During their time at Menlo Logistics, they played a crucial role in project delivery, supply chain analysis and design, and cost savings initiatives. In 2015, Nalini Sudana moved to Koch Foods, Inc, where they worked as a Transportation Analyst and later as a Logistics Project Manager. In these positions, they led projects to reduce transportation and supply chain costs. Most recently, they joined La Terra Fina in 2017 as an IT Manager and later became the Director of IT Services. In these roles, they developed and executed the organization's IT strategy, improved IT processes, and oversaw infrastructure and application projects. Nalini Sudana has a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and business analysis, with a focus on IT and logistics.

Nalini Sudana has a Master's Degree in Social Work with a major in Human Resources and Labor Welfare from Andhra University. Nalini also holds a Bachelor's Degree from the same university with a focus in Human Resources, Psychology, and Social Work.
